How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@realitycheck.ai from the email address associated with your account.
Include the subject line: “Refund Request”.
Provide your receipt number or invoice ID.

Processing Time

Once your request is received, we will process your refund within 24-48 business hours. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement or in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

Refunds only apply to the first 14 days of your initial subscription. Renewals or subsequent charges are generally non-refundable unless there was a billing error.
If we detect abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding to get free service), we reserve the right to decline the refund request and permanently ban the account.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for payments already processed. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
